📋 Description

• Own board reporting. Build and manage the materials for quarterly and annual board updates, turning
• Manage cross-functional projects. Run the operating cadence of key strategic initiatives, including
• Manage process adherence tracking and continuously improve the tools, templates, and systems the
• Manage contract and spend audits and annual planning for the product team's vendor contracts. Find

🎯 Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in product operations, program or project management, strategy
• A proven record of managing board-level or executive reporting; built materials for quarterly and
• Strong project management skills; run a team's operating cadence, keep cross-functional projects on
• Hands-on experience automating processes; built, configured, trained, and monitored adoption of
• Experience facilitating workshops with VP-level and senior leaders, driving decisions and building
• Strong design thinking skills; take a messy problem, run a structured process, and turn ambiguity
