📋 Description

• Product Owner with focus on experience innovation and backlog management for retail/store
• Lead backlog prioritization, create clear user stories, and ensure story readiness with defined
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Retail teams, and development to align roadmaps and deliver value.
• Guide Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and release validation; manage dependencies and
• Coordinate UAT and align with store rollout and change management needs across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments (retail/store domain preferred).
• Hands-on with store tech (CRM/Clienteling, Salesforce) and retail ops knowledge.
• Experience translating business needs into structured product requirements; proficient in Jira and
• Nice to have: experience with Brilliance clienteling or similar platforms; omnichannel/Unified
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global/regional teams.
