Sr Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the retail team backlog (features, user stories, enhancements, defects, spikes).
• Break down store initiatives into clear, buildable stories with dependencies and testable
• Align backlog with business value and store/retail roadmap; balance stakeholder requests and team
• Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint execution with cross-functional teams; ensure readiness and
• Coordinate UAT, test cases, and release validation; support store rollout and change management.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Strategy Lead to translate vision into tactical execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Hands-on experience with retail/store tech (clienteling/store apps like Brilliance) and Salesforce
• Knowledge of store operations, POS/retail systems, clienteling workflows; CRM data concepts.
• Ability to translate store needs into structured digital product requirements; proficient with Jira
• Excellent stakeholder management, backlog ownership, and strong communication skills.
• Nice to have: experience with omnichannel or unified-commerce; SAFe PO/PM certification.
