Sr Product Owner

📋 Description

• Product Owner in an Agile/SAFe environment for retail features.
• Manage backlog: prioritize, refine user stories, and align with roadmap.
• Collaborate with Retail ops, Product Manager, and Dev team across multiple markets.
• Lead sprint planning, UAT support, and ensure stories are ready for development.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure smooth delivery of features.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven PO experience in Agile/SAFe environments (SAFe PO/PM a plus).
• Hands-on with retail tech/point-of-sale like Salesforce CRM/Commerce Cloud or clienteling apps.
• Strong backlog management, Jira/X-Ray for test cases, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into product features.
• Experience with sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and validation of production releases.
