📋 Description

Ensure powertrain components meet design, quality, safety and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with design and manufacturing to transition from design to production
Lead inspection plan development and First Article Inspections per SAE AS9102
Support APQP techniques including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and SPC
Drive continuous improvement via CAPA and root-cause analysis
Develop quality metrics and KPIs; provide action-oriented reports

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aero/Mechanical/Elec/Industrial) with 5+ years experience
Experience creating/approving First Article Inspections; inspection tools knowledge
Experience with MES systems and electronic inspection plans
APQP experience: Control Plans, PPAPs, PFMEAs/DFMEAs, and SPC
Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience
GD&T ASME Y14.5 knowledge; familiarity with AS9100/AS9102/AS9103
