Sr. Product Trainer

📋 Description

• Deliver live product training for customers, partners, and staff (virtual, in-person, or recorded).
• Facilitate hands-on labs, workshops, and scenario learning across LM topics.
• Explain monitoring, observability, AI/Ops, cloud, integrations, and dashboards to diverse audiences.
• Manage training operations: session setup, learner management, labs, attendance, feedback, follow-up.
• Enable partner teams to implement LogicMonitor per best practices.
• Mentor partner delivery across onboarding, implementation, automation, and platform ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Education or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in technical training, SaaS, cloud infra, or related role.
• Proven experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and lab-based training.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical instruction.
• Strong understanding of IT infra, monitoring, cloud tech, and enterprise ops.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for training, workshops, and events.
