• Participate in assigned color team reviews, including Pink, Red, Gold, and other proposal or

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in program delivery, proposal development, capture
• Extensive experience evaluating and improving complex government or enterprise proposals and
• Strong understanding of capture strategy, competitive positioning, customer requirements
• Demonstrated experience participating in formal color team reviews such as Pink, Red, Gold, or
• Ability to assess proposal content from both a customer/evaluator perspective and a competitive

• Salary range: $39,100–$52,900, with final compensation determined based on experience, geographic
• Part-time position with approximately 8 scheduled hours per week.
