Sr. Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, strategic data and AI programs across multiple workstreams
• Own portfolio-level governance, including operating cadences, cross-project dependencies, risk and
• Partner with sales, account leadership, and technical delivery teams to translate client strategy
• Drive portfolio financial performance by owning revenue targets, margin management, forecasting
• Build, mentor, and guide high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources (architects
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable
• People management experience leading high-performance teams.
• Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization, including
• Demonstrated experience bringing structure to ambiguity, anticipating and surfacing risks early
