Lead cross-functional programs to improve AA Tech employee experience
Partner with leaders across HR, Communications, Talent Mgmt, Risk & Compliance, and Eng
Use feedback, surveys, focus groups to translate insights into programs
Oversee Non-FTE processes with Total Talent teams (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding)
Maintain governance for Confluence, SharePoint, and internal tools
Define KPIs and track program outcomes for engagement and ops

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years in end-to-end program mgmt, 4+ in people ops/employee experience or L&D
Strong execution, change mgmt, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced env
Self-starter who can drive from strategy to execution
