Sr. Program Manager, AA Tech Programs

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs that improve the AA Tech employee experience and support
• Partner with leaders, HR, Communications, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, and engineering
• Use employee feedback, surveys, roundtables, and focus groups to identify needs and translate
• Oversee the Non-FTE process with Total Talent teams including recruitment, interview coordination
• Maintain governance and maintenance for Confluence, Sharepoint, and other internal tools.
• Improve operating rhythms, standardized ways of working, documentation, training, and process

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end program management experience, preferably including 4+ years in people
• Strong operational execution, change management, analytical problem-solving, continuous
• Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across functions in a
• Self-starter who can identify ambiguity, create structure, and drive programs from strategy through
• Bachelor's degree required
