Sr. Program Manager, Accessibility

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for global digital accessibility across Twitch, advising product
• Own intake, backlog, and operational management, partnering with engineering, product, and design
• Lead QA execution and manage QA specialists and third-party vendors; partner with engineers to
• Work with engineers, designers, product managers, and researchers to identify and deliver
• Collaborate with accessibility partners (legal, research, policy, communications) on benchmarking
• Develop an educational program and deploy guidelines and resources for key collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience building similar Accessibility programs, QA and other scalable Accessibility
• Expertise in accessibility best practices, guidelines, and regulations—specifically WCAG 2.2+ AA
• Experience creating and leading an accessibility program from ground up including creating
• Experience working with and consulting product, design, engineering, and legal teams to deliver
• Experience working on consumer product accessibility both on video and communications products and
• Awareness of assistive technologies available to people with disabilities
