Sr. Program Manager, Business Continuity Management

📋 Description

• Drive stakeholder commitment, ownership, accountability, and collaboration to achieve business
• Partner with business and technology teams to design, document, and implement recovery strategies
• Lead risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical functions, vulnerabilities
• Develop and maintain resilience plans, contingency procedures, and recovery strategies aligned with
• Coordinate and facilitate business continuity tests and exercises, including walkthroughs, tabletop
• Validate recovery strategies, identify gaps, communicate findings to leadership, and oversee

🎯 Requirements

• Deep practical knowledge of the complete business continuity management lifecycle, including risk
• Extensive experience conducting resilience audits and assessments, evaluating technical
• Strong knowledge of business continuity, information availability, disaster recovery, and business
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, computer networking, data communications technologies
• Knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks, and regulatory guidance, including ISO 22301, HIPAA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively, proactively

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly compensation: $70.01–$72.71 per hour on a W-2 basis.
• Work arrangement: 100% remote.
• Contract duration: Approximately 3 months, with a full-time schedule.
• Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
