Sr. Program Manager, M&A

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic transformation programs.
• Translate priorities and acquisition objectives into structured program charters, workstreams, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and protect execution standards.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing and enterprise functions to align on strategy and drive execution.
• Leverage AI-native tools to plan, execute, and communicate, and drive AI-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in Program/Project Management, Strategic Operations, or Marketing Operations with proven outcomes.
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong command of project management fundamentals: planning, risk, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows and tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Zoom AI Companion, or similar).
• PMP and/or Agile certification preferred but not required.
