🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or similar SaaS.
• Strong organizational and PM skills to handle complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into practical, executable solutions.
• Thrives in ambiguity; identifies gaps and builds scalable processes.
• Strong written and verbal comms to coordinate across teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, CS, and partners.
