📋 Description

• Lead program execution of the assigned statement of work
• Set objectives and metrics; ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Engineering for resource allocation and financial goals
• Develop and monitor project budgets; ensure financial accountability
• Serve as interface with government program authorities on contract growth
• Provide status briefs to Trace3 leadership and anticipate issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, delegate, and manage conflicts
• 7+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios
• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR
• Exceptional written and oral communication; able to brief senior executives and present
