📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for Marketing-focused transformation programs.
• Translate priorities into program charters, workstreams, milestones, outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives—on time, within scope, within budget.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and protect execution standards.
• Build transformation plans with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, IT, and other functions.
• Align transformation strategy to enterprise objectives and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in Program/Project Management, Strategic Operations, Transformation, or Marketing Operations.
• 5+ years managing large cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success driving marketing programs or strategic transformations to measurable outcomes.
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows and tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Zoom AI).
