Sr. Program Strategy and Operations Director

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur, anticipating key program inflection
• Own end-to-end program execution, operating as the operational lead for a single-asset biotech
• Coordinate closely across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, commercial, and other
• Identify and address execution gaps proactively, including coordinating internal stakeholders
• Translate complex scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational information into concise
• Prepare clear, data-driven materials for C-suite leadership, Board discussions, investor

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical program management, portfolio or asset
• Demonstrated ability to connect strategic thinking with hands-on execution in complex
• Strong understanding of drug development and the ability to work effectively across clinical
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the judgment to evaluate risks
