Sr. Project Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead financial oversight for a portfolio of complex construction projects
• Manage budgeting, billing, forecasting, compliance and reporting
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, vendors and subs
• Analyze financial trends and risks to drive project outcomes
• Support audits with documentation and information
• Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project accounting with billing, cost forecasting, subcontractor compliance, revenue
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
• Construction industry experience preferred (GCs/subs)
• Know-how of AIA billing and project financial management
• CMiC and Textura exp. preferred but not required
• Strong budgeting, cost controls, financial reporting, forecasting
