Sr. Project Engineer

📋 Description

• Own assigned coordination for data center scopes; drive closure across parties
• Mentor Project Engineers; bridge project controls and construction management
• Identify issues, propose next steps, and keep visibility decision-ready
• Collaborate with CSA, MEP, BTM/Substation/BESS teams; support readiness
• Focus on coordination and readiness for on-site delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of construction, project engineering, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent owner-side experience
• Procore experience (or equivalent) and MS Office Suite familiarity
• Proven ability to independently drive coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• On-site readiness; ability to work full-time on-site
