📋 Description

• Own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across Fleet data center projects.
• Mentor Project Engineers and bridge project controls with construction management.
• Provide owner visibility with recommended next steps and drive closure across internal/external
• Reporting to Construction Manager or Sr. Construction Manager; close collaboration with CSA, MEP
• Own recurring reporting, identify risks, and present status to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of construction, project engineering, or related experience; owner/operator or developer
• Ability to manage coordination across multiple stakeholders on large-scale, fast-tracked projects.
• Strong skills in coordination, readiness tracking, and issue framing with recommended actions.
• Proficiency in review workflows, visibility, and bottleneck identification to drive decisions.
• Proven mentorship abilities for junior team members and strengthening controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or
