📋 Description

• Directly support PMMs on marketing initiatives across channels.
• Plan and execute marketing projects with timely completion.
• Coordinate campaign requests, assets, and timelines with partners.
• Build and maintain project trackers with PMMs updates.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and projects.
• Demonstrate strong time management across multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years PM or marketing exp in dynamic env (e-commerce/tech brands).
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder marketing projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing lifecycle (creative, media, reporting).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
