Sr. Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead program execution of assigned statement of work
• Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, work breakdown structure, schedule
• Lead team planning sessions, execution reviews, and status meetings; coordinate work across
• Establish and manage program-level risk, issue, action, decision, dependency, and change logs
• Coordinate technical and program decisions with the Engineering Lead and technical team
• Establish a regular stakeholder communication and reporting cadence, provide forward-looking

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and managing integrated program plans, roadmaps, schedules, work
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through design, build, migration or transition, and
• Experience with risk, issue, action, decision, dependency, and change management, including impact
• Ability to translate contractual and customer requirements into executable work packages
• Experience managing programs in a government contracting or regulated environment, including
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and manage conflicts in a matrix
