Develop client relationships and manage communications throughout the project.
Support business development and coordinate with Marketing and Office Leadership.
Oversee risk, QA/QC and adherence to contractual obligations.
Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
Utilize standard processes, tools and templates to drive profitability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
Minimum 12 years’ experience, with $70M+ construction budgets.
Health project experience preferred; LEED a plus.
Familiar with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam; MS Office.
