Lead delivery of Snowflake services and projects with customers and internal teams
Drive service strategy, metrics, and client satisfaction across engagements
Develop relationship roadmaps and manage client projects and stakeholders
Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to improve offerings
Identify process improvements within the client and Snowflake teams

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in a Services Delivery or similar role with complex projects
Experience in Data Warehousing, BI, and/or Cloud fields
Knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle and Gen AI considerations
Strong cross-group communication across design, engineering, marketing
Excellent presentation skills for business and technical audiences
Experience with client support or advisory roles a plus
