Sr. Project Manager- Care Delivery (CONTRACT)

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through post-launch stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID and decision logs.
• Translate priorities into project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Drive execution by managing dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Ensure teams stay aligned on scope, timing, priorities, outcomes.
• Identify barriers to delivery and escalate risks with options.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare, digital health, or clinical ops.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong planning, execution, risk and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; updates to leadership.
