Sr. Project Manager (Federal Construction/MEP Focus)

📋 Description

• Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, including financial reporting, budget
• Lead project management activities from proposal development through resource planning, budgeting
• Develop and maintain detailed traditional project schedules and comprehensive work plans.
• Prepare proposal estimates and budgets based on project scope, resource requirements, and expected
• Present project strategies, adjustments, financial information, and estimates-to-complete to
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal customers and government stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of project management experience overseeing full-lifecycle, medium to large, complex
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program.
• Experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial infrastructure design, engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing electrical, mechanical, and building-envelope construction
