Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects from planning to closeout.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure delivery.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators.
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards adherence.
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project risk.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of water/wastewater project experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes, civil/structural, mech/electrical.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
Proven ability to manage projects over $15M.
PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
