Sr Project Manager - Wastewater Construction

📋 Description

• Lead water/wastewater plant construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, regulators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk.
• Mentor and guide project teams to success.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater plant construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural, and mechanical/electrical installations.
• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.
• PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
