Sr Project Manager - Water Utilities

📋 Description

• Lead water/wastewater plant construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources for delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage project risk.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater systems and civil/structural, mechanical/electrical installs.
• Experience managing projects over $15M in value.
• Experience with CMAR or Design-Build delivery.
• PM tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
