Sr. Property Claims Advisor

📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex property claims in accordance with policy
• Conduct detailed coverage analysis and make well-supported liability and indemnity decisions on
• Manage litigated claims and collaborate effectively with legal counsel and external technical
• Work with engineers, environmental consultants, restoration vendors, contractors, and other experts
• Review and interpret estimates, scopes of work, reports, and XactAnalysis files to support fair and
• Handle specialized claims involving environmental losses, oil spills, mould, asbestos

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of property claims adjusting experience, including significant experience with
• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is required.
• Valid New Brunswick Adjuster's License is required.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex property claims, litigated files, and appraisal processes.
• Strong knowledge of property policy wording, coverage interpretation, liability assessment, and
• Experience collaborating with lawyers, engineers, environmental consultants, contractors
