📋 Description

• Own Bloomerang’s earned media strategy, building a proactive pipeline that turns product launches
• Own media relations and pitching across tier, tech and nonprofit trade press, building and
• Evaluate outlet and placement opportunities through both traditional SOV impact and AI-citation
• Write and place bylines, op-eds, and press releases, working directly with executives to translate
• Manage trendjacking response, moving quickly when news cycles create an opening for Bloomerang's
• Manage the awards submission calendar, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in public relations or media relations, ideally with in-house or agency
• A track record of securing earned media placements, judging which stories are worth pursuing before
• Established relationships with journalists and editors covering technology, SaaS, or the nonprofit
• Strong writing skills across formats: pitches, bylines, op-eds, and press releases.
• Comfort operating with same-day speed on trendjacking and reactive media opportunities.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and their application to pitch
