📋 Description

• Lead Publications Teams in the execution of publication plans for assigned assets, oversee
• Implement Publication Plan aligned with strategic plan from Scientific Communication Platform lead
• Provide managerial oversight to staff including performance assessment, training, feedback
• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets, including leading team meetings and
• Review all publications in assigned therapeutic area to ensure quality and alignment with
• Partner with Scientific Communications Director for seamless transfer of strategic plan and oversee

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, PharmD, Master's Degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of medical/scientific publications or related experience required.
• Pharmaceutical industry or related experience (e.g., medical communication agency) required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities required.
• Ability to understand and interpret medical data required.
• Working knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques required.
