Sr. Q&FS Area Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead Quality and Food Safety (QFS) programs at the site and network.
• Backup to the QFS Manager during incident investigations and risk analysis.
• Implement Global QFS Standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead site QFS reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and roll out food safety training (HACCP, Basic Food Safety).
• Govern microbiological verification, environmental program, allergens, cleaning.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering or related
• 3 years in food manufacturing in food safety or QA, or 5+ years relevant exp
• Advanced degree in related field preferred
• 2 years of food plant experience in a related role
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, allergens, sanitation, and regs
