Sr. Quality Inspector II

📋 Description

• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections using appropriate tools (calipers, micrometers
• Interpret and apply complex mechanical drawings, schematics, specifications, and industry standards
• Document inspection results and non-conformances in DDN’s quality systems
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on first article inspections (FAI), new product
• Support supplier quality by inspecting components received from vendors and communicating quality
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (RCCA) processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a high-tech or electronics manufacturing
• Proficient in using mechanical inspection tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards
• Familiarity with ERP and quality systems (e.g., Oracle, Propel, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
