Sr. Quality System Data Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as SME in statistical methods to evaluate product quality indicators.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards to identify trends and signals.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve signal detection and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve data accessibility and quality.
• Partner with global quality and regulatory teams to deliver analytics solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in statistics, data science, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data analytics, healthcare analytics, medical device quality, or similar.
• Strong understanding of descriptive statistics, trend analysis, hypothesis testing, risk monitoring, and data visualization.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure tools.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in global cross-functional teams; experience in regulated industries preferred.
