📋 Description

• The Sr Quality Systems Specialist will provide independent quality management expertise and support
• Lead the implementation, improvement, and maturity of quality management systems, including
• Develop solutions for complex quality challenges by applying established policies, procedures, and
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality processes, audits, compliance, investigations
• Create and maintain performance metrics that measure process health, capability, and quality
• Conduct product, system, and process audits to evaluate compliance with standards, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining quality management systems.
• 3+ years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience using performance metrics and data analysis to measure quality and operational
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, documentation practices, and compliance
• Experience conducting audits and supporting corrective and preventive action processes.
• Ability to independently analyze complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
