Sr. RAN Integration Engineer (Starlink Mobile)

📋 Description

• Lead RAN lab integration for LTE, 5G NR, and NR-NTN features.
• Configure and document changes on eNB/gNB for NR/NR-NTN compatibility.
• Manage vendor relationships for RAN equipment and software.
• Develop, maintain, and execute RAN test cases (functional, perf, interoperability).
• Oversee lab operations: setup, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Draft and enforce lab policies covering safety and test documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience with LTE, 5G NR, and NR-NTN protocols/architectures.
• 5+ years in RAN integration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing configuration changes.
• Experience with test case development, execution, and results tracking.
• Experience with lab operations, including equipment management.
