Sr. RAN Software Engineer (Starlink Mobile)

📋 Description

• Lead CI/CD test automation for eNB/gNB validation (functional, performance, regression)
• Analyze UE/eNB/gNB logs to debug RAN issues; collaborate to resolve
• Build tools and data pipelines to analyze RAN performance and KPIs
• Manage and prioritize network issues with dev teams to resolve
• Troubleshoot and maintain RAN lab infra with partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 5+ years Python/C/C++ coding experience
• 5+ years automating LTE/5G-NR test cases with planning and tracking
• Experience with UE log analysis tools (QXDM/XCAL)
• In-depth knowledge of 3GPP specs and R17+ RAN features
• Strong understanding of LTE/5G-NR protocols; hands-on PHY/MAC/RRC issues
