• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment requirements and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a technical environment, including
• At least 5 years of experience managing high-volume recruiting within targeted geographic markets
• Previous experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C)
• Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search techniques, AI-powered
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates through multiple sourcing
