Sr. Recruiter, GTM – Field Engineering

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM tech roles across India, from outreach to close.
• Partner with Field Eng and Sales to advise on sourcing, market mapping, and insights.
• Activate and engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent who aren’t actively looking.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines to meet hiring goals and APJ expansion.
• Create closing strategies using data to win offers and align stakeholders.
• Use data to set benchmarks, drive workforce planning, and sharpen hiring processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting within the software/Data/AI industry for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
• Track record scaling teams at a high-growth company—hire fast without dropping the bar.
• High energy, grit, and relentless work ethic; you get stuff done.
• An AI builder mindset: curious about tech, hands-on with new tools, able to speak credibly to deeply technical candidates.
