📋 Description

• Own renewals and approvals across verticals, ensuring deadlines and compliance.
• Research and interpret state laws and licensing for market entry.
• Prepare and submit regulatory apps for new market approvals.
• Partner with teams to translate regulatory requirements into standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, Finance, Marketing on regulatory needs.
• Establish and document regulatory processes and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in regulatory/compliance; education may substitute.
• Proven ability to manage large regulatory submissions across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; align regulatory with goals.
• Navigate conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Design and scale regulatory processes for multi-product environments.
• Comfortable with AI-driven apps and workflow automation.
