Sr. Renewals Analyst

📋 Description

• Support renewals for Enterprise, Strategic, and Public Sector customers
• Partner with field sales to drive renewals, generate quotes, manage pipelines
• Maintain renewal opportunities in Salesforce and ensure forecasting accuracy
• Monitor upcoming renewals and flag at-risk accounts
• Collaborate with Support, CAMs, and Deal Desk to accelerate renewals
• Leverage AI tools to streamline document generation and research

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS sales support, renewals, deal desk, or sales operations
• Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) – opportunity management, quoting (CPQ)
• Excel and Office applications proficiency
• Familiarity with basic AI productivity tools for drafting and workflow acceleration
• Strong attention to detail and multi-priority management
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
