Sr. Report Coordinator – Mass Spec Bioanalysis

📋 Description

• Independently coordinate the preparation, review, assembly, and finalization of complex scientific
• Prepare report sections and import, format, review, and validate scientific data tables and other
• Perform detailed review of reports for technical accuracy, data consistency, formatting, and
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between study data, tables, documentation, and reports in
• Coordinate reporting requirements, revisions, timelines, and finalization directly with scientists
• Support Quality Assurance review and facilitate timely resolution of report-related findings or

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or a related field preferred; equivalent
• At least 5 years of related experience in scientific reporting, technical documentation, scientific
• Demonstrated experience independently preparing, reviewing, and finalizing complex scientific or
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and experience working with scientific data or
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies within scientific
• Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills
