📋 Description

• Lead formulation development for skincare and cosmetics from concept to commercialization.
• Technical expert in emulsion and surfactant chemistry with sunscreen focus.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support development and optimization.
• Modify formulations to meet regulatory needs, improve performance, and cut costs.
• Partner with suppliers and external technical partners to support development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and technology transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' directly related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of emulsions and surfactants; sunscreen/cosmetics.
• 5-8 years' cosmetic/personal care formulation development.
• Formulation from concept through commercialization; data-driven decisions.
• Regulatory knowledge for cosmetic/OTC and GMP; scale-up/tech transfer.
• Operate in a highly matrixed environment; mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• IP awareness: patent review methodologies in development.
