📋 Description

• Lead Talent Tech Labs market research: surveys, trends, data analysis
• Conduct qualitative research from third-party sources and primary research
• Write/edit research content: long-form reports, provider bios, blogs
• Develop and disseminate research via reports, conferences, webinars
• Lead client advisory projects and interface with clients to define needs
• Manage research projects with timelines and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in research, project management, or consulting (talent acquisition preferred)
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with C-suite
• Willingness to travel; self-motivated and independent
• Project leadership and team mentorship experience
