Sr. Researcher Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead research and analysis related to Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information from eligibility and enrollment systems, T-MSIS
• Develop and maintain subject-matter knowledge of HR1, Community Engagement, and Working Family Tax
• Serve as a central point of contact for communications concerning HR1, Community Engagement, and
• Plan, facilitate, and document technical assistance meetings with clients, states, partners, and
• Develop technical assistance resources including FAQs, presentations, training materials, guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience researching or analyzing Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, enrollment, retention, and
• Familiarity with Medicaid and CHIP Eligibility and Enrollment Performance Indicators and related
• Working knowledge of HR1, Community Engagement, and WFTC policies and implementation requirements
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data from eligibility systems, T-MSIS Analytics
• Strong research and analytical skills, including statistical analysis, exploratory analysis
• Ability to translate legislation, policy guidance, and analytical results into clear communications
