Collaborate with turbomachinery and manufacturing teams to accelerate Starship turbomachinery designs
Design, build, and test turbopumps for Starship propulsion
Develop and train teammates to support empowered product ownership under pressure
Own turbomachinery product families and hardware responsibility
Coordinate with production to translate designs into the rocket fleet
Maintain a positive attitude amid technical and non-technical challenges

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
5+ years turbomachinery design/analysis (structural or fluid)
3D CAD, GD&T, manufacturing process and setup experience
Master’s degree in engineering (preferred)
Leadership experience leading a technical team
Proficiency in NX, ANSYS or Fluent (preferred)
