📋 Description

• Evaluate customer claims, disputes, and account concerns, validating contractual terms, pricing
• Investigate disputed charges, account discrepancies, and complex customer financial issues to
• Assess and recommend customer adjustments when warranted, preparing supporting documentation for
• Analyze customer account activity to identify revenue leakage, financial risk exposures, process
• Conduct detailed account research and root-cause analysis to resolve recurring issues and improve
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics covering customer disputes, account adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics
• 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Revenue Operations, Customer Financial Operations
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to research
• Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, pricing schedules, amendments, and customer agreements
• Experience evaluating financial impacts and developing recommendations that support business
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
