Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Groups

📋 Description

• Own and develop ongoing enablement and everboarding programs for the Groups business, including
• Design, develop, and deliver practical sales playbooks in collaboration with Groups leadership
• Create training resources covering request qualification, room-block proposal development and
• Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from initial training to ongoing
• Adopt an AI-first approach to enablement by using artificial intelligence tools to create scalable
• Build a deep understanding of the Groups business model, customer segments, sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, or a
• Experience supporting or working within group sales, hospitality, events, or travel sales teams is
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead engaging training sessions
• Ability to translate complex products, business processes, and sales methodologies into practical
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand new business models, interpret
• Solid project management, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
