📋 Description

• Partner with Customer Excellence leaders to define key business questions.
• Lead projects and KPIs to answer critical questions.
• Present insights to executives to drive performance and scalable processes.
• Mine large datasets, derive insights, and create executive visuals.
• Analyze data for anomalies and trends; communicate implications.
• Support commission and territory planning with analytical recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field.
• 5+ years analytics experience.
• Cloud and SaaS GTM experience.
• SQL expertise; data prep for analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• BI tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Looker.
• Statistics: time series, cluster, multivariate analyses.
